The National Road Fund of Liberia has received funds from the Government of Liberia through its approved National Budget for Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Road Maintenance and Expenditure Program (ARMEP) and intends to apply part of it for the procurement of goods and services under the contract package listed in the table below.

National Road Fund of Liberia now invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders for the provision of the above Service:
Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure as specified in the PPCA, and is open to all eligible and qualified Bidders
Qualification and evaluation requirements are available in the Bidding Documents in English and can be picked up at the address below.
All of the eligible and qualified bidders may obtain further information from the address below Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

All bids must be sealed and delivered to the above address on or before the closing date indicated in the table above; absolutely all late Bids will be rejected and returned unopened. Electronic bids will not be permitted.
Bids will be opened on the same day of closing in the Conference Room of the NRF, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who will choose to attend. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security, as indicated in the Bidding Documents.
