Senior Procurement Officer

About the role

The National Road Fund Office seeks an experienced Senior Procurement Officer to manage tendering, evaluation, and contract award processes for NRF-funded road works.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish procurement notices in line with the Public Procurement and Concessions Commission Act
• Coordinate evaluation committees and maintain procurement records
• Support contract management with implementing agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field
• Minimum five years of public-sector or development-finance procurement experience
• Strong knowledge of Liberian procurement regulations
