Nationwide program for periodic and routine maintenance of roads and bridges, managed by MPW / IIU with NRF financing.
The Annual Road Maintenance Expenditure Program (ARMEP) is submitted by agencies authorized to undertake road and bridge works in Liberia and approved by the NRF Board.
Resources are applied to national, sub-national, and feeder roads with limits on emergency works (up to 7% of annual maintenance expenditure) and rehabilitation or improvement works (up to 40% of annual revenue through long-term loans for strategic roads).
